Delete your POS PANO account

POS PANO by SpanoBro works locally without a server account. Delete your optional server account through the owner console.

Sign in to the owner console with the Google account that created the organization. Open Account and data deletion, choose Delete server account, type DELETE and confirm.

What is deleted

The organization, venues, invitations, terminal credentials and access history are removed from active storage immediately after confirmation.

What stays under your control

Your Google account, local POS databases and personal cloud archives are not deleted. Disable automatic backups, remove archives from your cloud and clear Android app storage separately if you want to erase them.

Recovery copies and timing

Cloudflare recovery history may retain earlier database states for up to 30 days. It expires automatically and is not used to restore deleted accounts.
